1. Check in

Check in time is after 16.00. Please be aware that due to the nature of holiday rentals the cleaning companies may need extra time. Properties are not always available on time especially during peak seasons. A credit card swipe or a cash deposit of 250 euros will be taken when you check in to cover possible damages etc., Cash deposits will be returned in the form of a cheque within 14 business days.

2. Check out

Checking out for all properties is strictly by 10.00am. Any request to check out at a later time must b agreed with our office. This can only be granted if the property is available and not subject to a back to back booking. Late check outs are not available in summer months.

(All property keys must be returned to the office or in the drop box. They cannot be left inside the property.)

4. Advance Bookings

Bookings can be made up to 18 months in advance. When these are made at a time when rates have not been decided these are called tentative reservations. When rates have been decided notice will be given and then confirmation of this Booking will take place once a deposit has been paid.

5. Group Bookings

Group bookings for 10 properties or more are eligible for discount. Please contact our office for more information.

6. Minimum length of stay

Minimum lengths of stay vary by property and the time of year. Any rental that does not meet the minimum requirement will be liable to a one off cleaning fee. This fee will depend on the size of the accommodation booked. Please contact our office for confirmation.

7. Deposits and rental costs.

To confirm your booking a deposit of 100.00 euros is required for each week required. The remaining balance should be paid in full six weeks prior to arrival.

8. Payments

Full payment must be made 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by credit card. All card transactions carry a 2% surcharge. Payment can also be made by bank transfer. Details for this are:

9. Taxes

All taxes are included in the rental price.

10. Refunds and cancellations

Any changes or cancellations received by Resort La Manga 42 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Any cancellation within 42 days of arrival date will forfeit 100% of rental cost. Special circumstances will be taken into account. Please contact our office to discuss. Please retain your cancellation reference number as this is proof of correct cancellation procedure. There are no refunds for early departure. No refunds or reductions are available for failure of utility supplies or malfunction of mechanical or electrical goods experiencing maintenance problems ie., dishwashers, washing machines, televisions, DVD or VCR players, heating, air conditioning, swimming pools or any other appliances or amenities.

11.Occupancy

All our properties are subject to bedding capacity and the management reserves the right to evict for any unauthorized occupancy.
Maximum occupancy:
2 bedrooms – sleeps 4 – 6
3 bedrooms – sleeps 6 – 8
4 bedrooms - sleeps 8 – 10

  • 13. Parking

    Some properties have assigned parking spaces in others there is on street parking. Check with our office.

    14. Smoking

    All our properties are no smoking however smoking is generally permitted on balconies, patios and terraces.

    15. Pets

    Pets are generally not permitted but a few of our owners will give permission for a small dog. Please check with our office.

    16. Special requirements

    If you have any special requirements these should be requested at the time of booking. We will do all we can to accommodate everyone to the best of their ability.

    17. Barbecue grills

    Some of our properties are equipped with barbecue grills and ovens. Please use carefully. Please note that barbecuing is only permitted in the designated areas and is not permitted on balconies or by the pools.

    18. Cots, Highchairs and Sofa-beds

    Some properties have sofa beds. Cots and highchairs are available at an extra charge.

    19. Locked out charges / Lost keys

    If you have locked yourself out of your property during office hours then a call out charge of 15.00 euros will be applied. If this happens out of office hours then a call out charge of 25.00 euros will apply. If we are unable to gain entrance into the property due to keys being left inside the lock we may need to call out a locksmith and all charges will passed on to the renter. If you are unfortunate enough to lose the property keys during the rental period you might be charged 100 €. Please take care of the keys while you are renting.

    20. Attractions

    We are authorized as vendors of entrance tickets to various attractions – water parks, nature reserves and theme parks. Please contact our office for further details.

    21. Car rental

    We can arrange your car hire for you. Delivery and collection from you chosen destination. Prices vary according to size of vehicle. Early requests are advisable to avoid disappointment. Contact our office for current prices.

    22. Travel Insurance

    We can make your travel insurance arrangements for you:
  • Same day cover with immediate confirmation
  • 1 week cover to Europe starts from just £8.70
  • A single trip can be booked for up to 31 days
  • FREE cover for children (subject to conditions)
  • Up to £5,000,000 for medical cover
  • Up to £2,000,000 for personal liability cover
  • Up to £1,750 for Personal Effects and Baggage cover
  • Excess for claims starts at just £50
  • Protection against cancellation
  • Winter Sports upgrade option
  • Golf upgrades option for golf equipment.
  • The payment is non-refundable and may not be purchased after your arrival. No cover is in force unless payment in full has been made. For more details please contact our office.

    23. Substitutions

    Whilst we endeavour to provide the actual property required we may have to change you to an alternative property due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e. change of ownership of the property or unforeseen mechanical problems. We reserve the right to change assigned properties without notice or liability should a property become unavailable.

    24. Minimum age for rental

    We will not rent a holiday property to anyone under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a guardian. Any booking made under false pretences will be subject to loss in full of payment and result in possible eviction.

    25. Behaviour

    We would remind all renters that they should behave in a considerate manner, Loud music and behaviour is not permitted. Management reserve the right to evict anyone causing a disturbance or being a nuisance, without refund. Violation of the property rules including the throwing or dropping of objects from patios or balconies, will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental monies and deposit.

    26. Checking of property whilst occupied

    Whilst every effort is made to ensure that remain unmolested during your stay, an authorised employee or repairman may enter your property to affect any essential repairs.

    27. Tourist Board

    Resort La Manga has been accepted by the Murcian Tourist Board – Murcia Turistica and is very proud to be a member with their high standards of property management.

    28. Property Ownership

    Resort La Manga is an authorised agent and representative of all owners of holiday homes in this area and is acting at all times in the best interest of these owners.

    29. Holiday properties – equipment.

    All our properties are fully equipped. Every property has linens and towels, washing machine, iron/ironing board and hair dryer. The kitchens have full cooking facilities including, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Properties all have televisions and most have DVD players and some have English TV.

    31. Requests guaranteed

    Whilst we endeavour to provide the actual property required we may have to change you to an alternative property due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e. change of ownership of the property or unforeseen mechanical problems.

    32. Extending your stay

    If your property is available and not been previously booked by another then we can usually grant an extension of a few hours. If you wish to extend beyond that then you will be charged at the appropriate rate. If we have to move you to another property then you will be charged the appropriate rate for that property.

    33. Owner living in the property

    Although the owner may use this property for their holiday they do not live in it. The property is used primarily for holiday rentals.

    34. Brochure of properties available

    It is simply not possible to issue a brochure as we are constantly adding new properties to our existing database. All properties and their location can be seen on our website www.resortlamanga.com.

    35. Airport transfers (paid locally)

    We can arrange for your transfers to and from your arrival airport to your property. Please contact the office who will make the arrangements and confirm back to you when this has been done.
